Group Photo of Our Team Modern Design + Build is a family owned company founded in 2000 and led by Jan and Keli Sotelo. We define our work through the lasting relationships and enjoyment of those who occupy the spaces we create. Our belief is that places can be created to engage the senses and evoke a sense of meaning.
