There’s only one thing we enjoy more than a beautifully designed kitchen, and that’s expertly prepared food. So, imagine our excitement when we found out that New York’s De Gustibus cooking school was going to be hosting a party to celebrate the unveiling of their new, state-of-the-art Snaidero kitchen on September 12th, and we were invited. Best of both worlds! Now, imagine our soul-crushing disappointment when we realized we wouldn’t be in town. Did we mention there will be hors d’oeuvres by L’Artusi’s executive chef, Gabriel Thompson? Sigh. Suddenly that mini-vacation we convinced ourselves we needed isn’t looking quite so good; so, to take the edge off, we picked some of our favorite Snaidero kitchens and got busy daydreaming about the culinary extravaganzas we might someday attend in them.
