Trending: Gold Accents
July 23, 2013
There are many ways to amp up the level of glamour in your home, though nothing says luxury quite like gold. This rich color has made a comeback lately, showing up in every form, from small-scale accessories to furniture. We couldn’t be more excited about it, but when decorating with this gilded substance, it is best not to go overboard. Peppering a room with an accent here and there can easily—and elegantly—embellish any space. We’ve chosen a few pieces ranging from modern to traditional (with a little leather thrown in for good measure) that we feel can help polish up even the most muted room. Wars have been fought for this glorious metal, so it would be a shame not to take advantage of it.
