Fiola is Chef Fabio Trabocchi's first owned location is in the heart of DC's Penn Quarter. Architect Griz Dwight of GrizForm Design was the creative force behind the project. Using natural materials like rosewood and stone, Dwight gives the restaurant a vibe à la the European villas of the old country, which serves as the design inspiration. With the rustic Italian cuisine you truly feel as if you were indulging abroad.
Fiola’s bar area as lovely as their dining room. Interior columns wrapped in golden silk oak leaves warm the space while modern chandeliers set in gilded domes give off a tremendous glow. The contemporary design seats up to 25 guests comfortably on the stools and banquettes. Here you can enjoy classic and modern cocktails of the Bar Manager and Mixologist, Jeff Faile.
