style scout: star power.

A starry night is one of the most majestic sights there is—a bright, unending display of sparkling stars splattered across the horizon; just ask Monet (and maybe Lori Gentile). When designing this home office in Rancho Santa Fe, California, the designer introduced a gentle sparkle so subtle and captivating, we don’t want to look away. The glossy cocktail table throws back the light from the constellation-inspired Cassiopeia Chandelier by Ironware International, which brings the silver flecks of the cork wall treatment behind the custom bookshelves to life. Stellar! If we were to rate this enchanting office/reading room combo, it would get some serious wattage: five stars.
