Tea Time November 07, 2012 Crate and Barrel opened its doors in 1962, marking December as the 50th anniversary! To celebrate the milestone C&B got creative and had some fun with one of their signature pieces, the Bauhaus-inspired Arzberg teapot. The company decided they’d reach out to twelve “must-know” artists to interpret and design their own teapot. Each month, for one year (beginning this December) Crate and Barrel will feature one of the designs for limited online sale. Each pot is distinctive and inspired, and who doesn’t enjoy a year -long celebration? The only problem we are going to have is choosing what month to purchase!
